INKAS® Receives VPAM VR7 Certification for Armored Toyota Land Cruiser 300
INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing is thrilled to announce the official VPAM VR7 ballistic and ERV2010 blast certifications received by its armored Armored Toyota Land Cruiser 300. These certifications highlight the exceptional engineering and real-world performance that define INKAS® vehicles. With its comprehensive 360-degree perimeter protection, the INKAS® armored Toyota LC300 offers unmatched security for tactical teams, law enforcement personnel, government officials, VIPs, and civilians.
Obtaining these certifications involved rigorous ballistic testing, specifically targeting vulnerable areas where the vehicle could be prone to penetration during an attack. The INKAS® Armored Land Cruiser 300 demonstrated remarkable resilience, enduring over 780 rounds of ammunition from various caliber firearms, 6 roof-level hand grenades (DM51), 4 underbody hand grenades (DM51), 2 land mines (DM31), and a 15kg TNT (equivalent) explosion from a 2-meter distance.
The VPAM standard ensures that the vehicle as a whole prevents ammunition and explosions from breaching the cabin, providing comprehensive protection for all occupants. INKAS® has successfully acquired certifications for VPAM BRV2009: VR7 Level, VPAM ERV2010, STANAG 4569 AEP Volume 2, and TÜV Homologation for European registration (rest of world available upon request). All certificates can be provided upon request. Additionally, INKAS® manufactures a civilian-oriented BR6 version of the Land Cruiser, ideal for non-military applications.
